The plans described here form the basis of the planning application that we have recently submitted to Stevenage Borough Council.

After proper consideration by the Council, we hope that planning permission for the scheme will be granted during 2008. If planning consent is given, preparatory works would then begin and the four-year construction programme would commence in 2009. This timing, however, is dependent on a number of factors that are outside our control and might therefore be subject to change.
